The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
An advance payment of ₹5,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy
The advance payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation charges apply as per the applicable cancellation period before departure.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
If the listed property is unavailable, a stay of a similar category will be provided.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
Transportation
The vehicle will be provided according to the group size and package inclusion.
Vehicle usage is strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
Additional vehicle usage or sightseeing will be chargeable.
Air conditioning may not operate in hilly or high-altitude regions.
Permits & Identification
A valid Government ID proof is mandatory.
Required permits will be arranged after receiving the necessary documents.
Itinerary Changes
