Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Booking confirmation requires an advance payment as specified per package. The booking is confirmed only after the advance is received; the balance is payable on the pickup day unless agreed otherwise.

2. Cancellation

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refund is provided for no-shows, late arrivals or unused services.

3. Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation is subject to availability; a similar-category alternative will be provided if a listed property is unavailable. Vehicles are provided as per group size and the confirmed itinerary.

4. Permits & Identification

A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests. Required permits (e.g. ILP) are arranged upon receiving necessary documents.

5. Itinerary Changes & Liability

Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, landslides or other unforeseen circumstances. Northeast Advisor Pvt Ltd acts as a travel organiser and is not liable for delays, accidents or losses beyond its reasonable control.

6. Acceptance

Payment of the advance amount and confirmation of the booking is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
